We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner demanded dowry and beat his wife. Ocular statements are corroborated by medical evidence. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
