The petitioner is appearing in person. The claim of the petitioner appears to be that, some persons claiming to be the employees of Railway are misusing their powers in connivance with the Railway authorities.

The writ petitioner referred to one Prosenjit Chakraborty, who claims himself as junior administrative officer holding a post namely, TI(M)/DRM. However, the affidavits filed by the respondents would show that the persons/person against whom the allegations have been made, they are not the employees of the Railway and as such, the prayer for disciplinary proceeding being initiated against such persons/person could not and does not arise.

In the event any specific complaint is made against the persons who are claiming themselves to be the Railway employees, the Police authorities may investigate into such allegation as anyone impersonating is an offence. 4.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
