1. The petitioner participated in the 2nd SLST, 2025. He is aggrieved as the Commission did not award marks on account of his prior teaching experience.

2. From the communication made by the Commission dated 26th/29th December, 2025 it appears that the Commission did not accept the petitioner's prayer for providing prior teaching experience as the petitioner failed to upload the documents in support of his prior teaching experience.

3. Fact remains that the petitioner attempted to upload his documents in respect of his prior teaching experience

and a system generated token is also annexed to the writ petition. The said token was valid for five minutes. There is nothing to suggest that the documents were actually uploaded by the petitioner in the portal of the Commission.

4. The impugned order of the Commission mentions that though the petitioner attempted to provide his experience details but he did not complete the process.

5. Due to non-completion of editing process, the Commission does not have the details of the petitioner's prior teaching experience.

6. The result of the examination is due to be declared very shortly.

7. At this belated point of time, direction cannot be given to the Commission for providing marks to the petitioner on account of prior teaching experience as the documents of the petitioner relying on which the marks are to be awarded are not uploaded in the portal of the Commission.

8. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case.

9. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

10. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished after completion of all requisite formalities.
