Mr. Krashnu Banik ...for the appellants Mr. Rajesh Singh ...for the insurance company Learned lawyers appearing on behalf of the parties submit that some typographical errors have taken place at paras.22, 23 and 27 of the judgement dated June 30, 2022 and those errors need to be corrected.

On consent of the learned advoctes for the parties, the figures Rs.1,79,000/- and Rs.3,95,500/- at para.22 be corrected as Rs.1,79,500/- and Rs.3,94,500/- respectively. The figure Rs.3,95,500/- at para.23 be corrected as Rs.3,94,500/- and the figure Rs.4,26,060/- at the same paragraph will be corrected as Rs.4,25,000/- (rounded off). The figure Rs.8,21,560/- be corrected as Rs.8,19,500/- (Rs.3,94,500/- + Rs.4,25,000/-). The figure Rs.8,21,560/- at para.27 will be corrected as Rs.8,19,500/- and the figure Rs.7,81,560/- at para.27 be corrected as Rs.7,79,000/-.

Let the above corrected portions be made a part of the judgment dated June 30, 2022. The other parts of the said judgment shall remain unaltered.
