The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the Subject History at Sitalkuchi High School, District : Cooch Bihar. He was recommended for transfer to Sujapur High School, Kaliachak, District : Malda but could not join as there is no vacancy in the subject of the petitioner in the said school. The petitioner's application for re-recommendation for transfer is pending before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

The Commission is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 1033 of 2023 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
