2. Contempt Rule was issued by the coordinate Bench on May 13, 2010 for violating the order dated June 10, 2008 passed in FMA 786 of 2008.

3. Subsequent thereto, the last order of contempt proceeding is dated June 24, where, submission with regard to change in personnel of the Managing Committee was recorded.

4. No steps appears to be taken in the matter.

5. In view of passage of time from the date of issuance of Rule till date, and since no steps were taken, no useful purpose will be subserved by keeping the Contempt Rule pending.

6. In such circumstances, CRC of 2010 is discharged.

7. Connected applications, if there be any, are dismissed for default.
