Mrs. Dipanitya Ojha, Pradhan, Kanaidighi No. 4 Gram Panchayat is personally present in Court today. An affidavit of compliance has been filed in Court annexing the copy of the order dated 22nd August, 2022 passed by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat wherein it has been mentioned that the allegation of the petitioner has not been substantiated. There are private disputes in between the parties and the Pradhan has refrained from interfering with the said private disputes.

Let a copy of the compliance report be served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. It will be open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the order dated 22nd August,

2022 passed by the Pradhan in accordance with law, if so advised.

In view of the above, there is no requirement to proceed with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.

The presence of Mrs. Dipanitya Ojha, Pradhan, Kanaidighi No.4 Gram Panchayat-II stands dispensed with.
