It appears at page 4 a direction upon the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta was not given for disbursement of the amount after depositing the balance compensation by the Insurance Company. "It is ordered that after depositing of the balance amount by the Insurance Company, the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta shall disburse the same in favour of the claimants vide two separate account payee cheques in the name of the claimants, according to the prelevant rules subject to ascertainment of the payment of requisite court fees."

The instant order be made a part of the judgment dated June 28, 2023.
