In the order dated 21st March, 2025 at the second line 1st paragraph of page 5 the name of respondents should be correctly read as " Amitava Gupta and Arabinda Gupta" instead of "Amitva Gupta and Anirban Gupta". In the 4th line the name of second respondent should be read as "Arabinda Gupta" instead of "Anirban Gupta".

The department is directed to correct the name of second respondent in 1st paragraph of page 5 of the order within a fortnight.

The remaining portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
