We find from order sheet that the appeal was listed on 16th July, 2021 when adjournment was obtained on it being made clear by the Bench that thereafter the appeal was likely to be dismissed. On 28th July, 2021 following order was made:
"Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant and prays for adjournment on submission that letter was sent to appellant and track record shows it is being returned to sender. For accurate information to be had, his prayer.
Considering the submission further adjournment is granted even though on 16th July, 2021 it had been made clear that no further adjournment would be granted.

List on next Wednesday, 4th August, 2021 under heading "For Dismissal".
We are convinced appellant has lost interest. SA 72 of 2016 is dismissed.
