We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had assaulted the victim resulting in grievous life threatening injuries. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
