Earlier, the petitioner expressed his grievance regarding the State-respondents not acting in consonance with the representation which was furnished on 27th November, 2024.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report along with G.D. Entry Number wherein it reflects that the petitioner did not want to get any case registered.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was some coercion for which the petitioner was compelled to write the same.

Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint before the police authorities of Gosaba Police Station narrating in a

comprehensive manner all the incidents which are restraining him to enjoy peaceful possession of his property as also in respect of the apprehension to threat and dire consequences he anticipates at the hands of the private respondents in case of performing his cultivation.

Police authorities would act in respect of any complaint/information filed by the petitioner and also keep a strict vigil so that any further untoward incidents do not result because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 990 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
