Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The present revisional application was preferred against the order dated 07.12.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 6th Court, Alipore in connection with Gariahat Police Station Case No. 179 dated 20.10.2016. Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned trial court particularly, with regard to the documents of the hospital which the defence claimed, I am of the view that the reason of the learned trial court that the medical examiner who is being examined had no relationship with the accused and it was under CSW-11 under whom he was treated is just and perfect. As such, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 148 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
