1. This matter is listed for the correction of the cause title of the order dated 01.5.2025.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court by a report submitted by the department that in the said order name of the opposite party has inadvertently typed as "Smt. Chapalata Mallick (since deceased) & Ors." instead of "Salil Kumar Mallick & Ors.".

3. This mistake is apparent.

4. Let the correction be made accordingly.
