The petitioner seeks transfer on self-medical grounds.

It appears that the petitioner is yet to apply in the prescribed format.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make application for transfer in the prescribed format along with all supporting documents.

In the event such an application is made, the same shall be considered by the head of the institution in accordance with the prevailing Transfer Rules at the earliest but within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of application for transfer without insisting upon online application or citing ground of suspension of the Utshasree portal.

The fate of the application to be made by the petitioner shall be made known to the petitioner at the earliest.

If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by

all the authorities without any further delay. 7.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
