1. Mr. Roy, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, submits that the outstanding amount from the Municipal Authorities in excess of Rs.32 lakhs which was the principal claim in this writ petition, has since been paid, after filing of the writ petition.

2. However, the issue of interest is kept open to be urged before an appropriate forum by the petitioners as I have not gone into the question of interest nor has the same been urged by the petitioners.

3. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated observations.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
