The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the hearing of the application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act has been concluded.

This appeal is arising out of an ad-interim order passed in the said proceeding. In view of the fact that the hearing of the application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation has been concluded, we do not find any reason to decide on the merits of the said ad-interim order at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, the appeal and the application are disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
