1. The learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that though challenging the order dated 20th May, 2019 passed by the municipal authority, the instant writ petition has been filed, however, since the petitioner has accepted such order and has complied with the conditions set forth therein, the petitioner does not wish to proceed with the instant writ petition.

2. Having heard the leanred advocates for the parties, it is made clear that this Court has not decided on the correctness of the order passed by the municipal authorities nor has this Court gone into the statements made by the petitioner as regards the

compliance with the directions made pursuant to the order dated May 20, 2019.

3. Since the petitioner does not wish to proceed, let the writ petition stand dismissed accordingly.
