We have considered the materials on record. De-facto complainant is the petitioner's sister-in-law. There is a matrimonial dispute. De-facto complainant and mother came to the petitioner's residence for settlement. Petitioner had assaulted them. Ocular statements find corroboration with medical records. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
