Petitioner is in custody for 392 days. He submits coaccuseds are on bail. He renews his prayer for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the co-accuseds.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accuseds. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
