The respondents no. 2 and 3 are represented and submit that pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner the entire issue is pending before the District Nodal Officer, being the respondent no. 5.

The respondent no. 5 and the State are also represented.

In view of the admitted position that the issue pertaining to the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the respondent no. 5, the respondent no. 5 is directed to take a decision and dispose of the representation within a period of three weeks from date. In disposing of the representation of the petitioner the respondent no. 5 is directed to afford a right of hearing to the petitioner and pass a reasoned order.

The final decision taken by the respondent no. 5 will be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from taking such decision.

With the aforesaid observations and direction this writ petition being WPA No. 1271 of 2021 stands disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
