The petitioner seeks intra-district transfer on self medical grounds.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., North 24Parganas shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner from the CMOH, North 24-Parganas. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Chairman, D.P.S.C. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 1136 of 2025 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
