1. This matter has been listed at the instance of the State for correction of an order dated 12.11.2025 wherein the names of the learned Advocates, who appeared on behalf of the State has erroneously been recorded as 'Mr. Jayanta Kumar Samanta' and 'Mr. Supriya Majumder' instead of 'Mr. Susovan Sengupta' & 'Mr. Subir Pal'.

2. Such mistake being apparent and ministerial in nature, office is directed to correct such mistake as pointed out.

3. Other portion of the order shall remain unchanged.

4. This order may be read conjointly with the order dated 12.11.2025.
