The grievance of the writ petitioner relates to an FIR report bearing No.80 dated October 9, 2020.

Learned Junior Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits on instruction that on completion of the investigation, charge-sheet was submitted on October 31, 2020.

Police completing the investigation and submitting the charge-sheet as noted above, further interference of the writ court is not called for.
