It appears that the appellant has been duly served in the present case.

In spite of duly served there is no representation on behalf of the appellants in the present second appeal being SAT 545 of 2009.

Considering the fact that the appeal relates to a suit of the year 1984 and also considering the conduct of the appellant, the present appeal stand dismissed for default.

All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court no.5, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas

and the court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, 4th Court, Sealdah, for information.
