Record reflects that the petitioners have not approached the competent authority raising their grievance.

Learned Advocate General has fairly submitted that if the petitioners file a complaint before the concerned District Magistrate then the grievance will be duly looked into.

Hence, we dispose of the present petition granting liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate complaint along with all the relevant materials before the respondent No.3, District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas, who on receipt of the complaint will duly look into the allegation and conduct an enquiry, if required and take

WPA (P) 22 of 2022 an appropriate action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the complaint. The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
