1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

2. The writ application has been preferred challenging orders dated 14th August, 2025 passed under Section 7Q and 14B of the EPF and MP Act, and the bank attachment Notice dated 12th November, 2025.

3. On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record it appears that the petitioner could not prefer an appeal before the Tribunal as her husband had expired during the said period and prior to that their child had also

expired. Copies of death certificates have been filed.

4. It appears that the impugned order dated 18.7.2025 is a composite order under Section 14B and Section 7Q of the EPF Act. Recovery notice has been served upon the petitioner on 4th December, 2025.

5. Considering that the impugned orders are appealable before the Tribunal , the petitioner is granted leave to prefer an appeal within 30 days from the date of this order.

Period of limitation is extended accordingly.

6. As there is no regular Presiding officer at the Central Government Industrial, Tribunal, Kolkata the impugned order dated 18.7.2025 be stayed till the stay application is taken up by the Tribunal for consideration.

7. It is made clear that in case, appeal as directed is not preferred within the period as specified, the order of stay shall stand vacated automatically on expiry of 30 days from the date of this order.

8. WPA 1317 of 2026 stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certificate copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings.
