Superintending Engineer, Asansol Municipal Corporation has passed the order dated 05.05.2026 directing the respondent-Asansol Municipal Corporation to decide the representation of the petitioner.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the present contempt application.
