Mr. Debasish Das ... for the petitioner Mr. Malay Krishna De, Mr. Tapan Kumar Ray ... for the State The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed alleging inaction on the part of the Egra Municipality to take steps for consideration of the application for approval of sanction plan.

It has been submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition the Egra Municipality has already sanctioned the building plan in favour of the petitioner and communicated the same to the petitioner by communication dated 2nd March, 2021.

In view of such submission, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition. WPA 1278 of 2021 stands disposed of.

The communication of grant of sanction issued in favour of the petitioner is retained with the records. Affidavit of service filed in court is also taken on record. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
