The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite party, as such service of notice of this application upon the said opposite party is dispensed with.

The petitioners are the plaintiffs of the eviction suit being Title Suit No.1698 of 2018, pending before the 1st Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Alipore. The plaintiffs, by the instant application, are praying a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the suit. The suit has been fixed for peremptory hearing. Therefore, it is expected that the learned Trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the said suit expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. C.O. 72 of 2021 of disposed of with the above terms. There shall be no order for costs.
