The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the District Magistrate and Collector, Purba Medinipur and other authorities mentioned in the representation dated 6th December, 2021 is to consider and dispose of the said representation.

The representation relates to removal or demolition of the unauthorised construction over the government land in accordance with law.

The petitioner claims that the petitioner's ingress and egress has been obstructed by reason of the unauthorised construction.

Upon hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, W.P.A.958 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the District Magistrate and Collector, Purba Medinipur being respondent no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 6th December, 2021

by passing a reasoned order after hearing all the necessary parties within a period of two weeks from today. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of such order is passed.
