Since the entire order dated 1st November, 2023 has been produced by the learned Advocate for the State and that a portion of the said order was not annexed to the writ petition on the ground that the same was not supplied to the petitioner without going into any further enquiry to avoid future complication the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause.

The petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of the time spent between 15.01.2024 being the date of filing of this writ petition till today, i.e., 10.07.2024. (Arindam Mukherjee, J.)
