In the last line of the first page of the order and in the second line of the second paragraph of the second page of the order and in the first line of the fourth paragraph of the second page of the order, the expression "District Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur" shall stand corrected and be read as "Principal Secretary, Home and Hill Affairs Department, Government of West Bengal".

Time to consider the grant of sanction is extended for a period of three weeks. Charge sheet be filed thereafter. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 22.04.2022.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
