The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated February 28, 2020, passed in Title Suit No. 27 of 2020, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipore.

The suit was filed on February 28, 2020 and the court directed issuance of summons upon the defendants. The petitioners upon claiming to be two of the defendants, have preferred this revisional application challenging the institution of the suit and issuance of summons.

I do not find any illegality and/or irregularity in the action of the learned court below.

The revisional application is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
