The Civil Revision has been preferred praying for transfer of Act VIII Case No. 72 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Hooghly Sadar, Hooghly to the Court of Additional District Judge, Shrirampur, Hooghly. 2.

Both the Courts are in the same district and short distance from each other, and as such this Court finds no reason to entertain the prayer of the petitioner.
