Counsel for the petitioners submits that the private respondent has obtained sums of money on the promise of a job. After receiving funds from the petitioners, the private respondent has not fulfilled any of her assurance. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that since after filing of the writ petition, FIR has been registered and charge sheet has been filed by the police under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner now submits that the police ought to have recovered sums of money taken away from the petitioners.

This Court sees that the prayer made today for recovery of sums of money is outside the scope of the writ petition. The petitioner may make appropriate prayers before the court below in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order.
