The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the Block Land & Land Reforms Officer to dispose of the application praying for correction of the record of rights expeditiously.

An objection as to the maintainability of this writ petition has been raised by the learned Advocate for the State. Faced with such situation, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Advocates for the respective parties, WPA 1256 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law on the self-same cause of action.
