It is the specific case of the petitioner that the Madrasah Service Commission did not publish the final vacancy list for recruitment of Headmaster/Superintendent in the 7th SLST (HM/Super), 2020.

Learned advocate representing the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission produces a copy of the final vacancy list for 7th SLST (HM/Super), 2020. The said vacancy list was published in the official website of the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission on 7th December, 2021.

The specific case of the Commission is that the petitioner was given every opportunity to appear in the selection process but as she scored marks less than the marks scored by the last empanelled candidate,

accordingly, she failed to come within the zone of consideration.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Commission, it appears that no further relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Copy of the final vacancy list in respect of 7th SLST (HM/Super) 2020, produced in Court today be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
