1. This intra court appeal by the writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 12.12.2023 passed in WPA 24339 of 2023.

The appellant sought to declare a notification for election issued by the respondent Association to be set aside for various grounds.

3. The learned writ court, in our view, rightly declined to interfere with the matter and more particularly when the election was going to be completed on 15th December, 2023.

4. Thus. we find no grounds to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench and the same is dismissed.
