It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that in a similar matter pertaining to the plots of land involved in the present writ petition, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted an order of status quo upon the parties with regard to the plots in question in the present writ petition. Admittedly, the said order was not brought to the notice of this Court at the time of disposal of the writ petition. In view of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, liberty is granted to the petitioner, on prayer of the petitioner, to withdraw the contempt application being CPAN 65 of 2022 with liberty to file afresh, if occasion so arises, after the matter is decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
