Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of Rajarhat P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 dated 13.03.2016 being registered for investigation, no documents have been collected.

Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that already charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court. Having considered that charge-sheet has already been submitted, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the process of investigation, she would bring the same to the notice of the learned Magistrate in seisin of Rajarhat P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016.

Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the nature of allegations and thereafter take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 1193 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
