Affidavit-in-reply filed by the petitioners to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the Bank be retained with the records.

Learned advocate for the Bank submits that approximately Rs. 17.5 lakh is due and payable from the petitioners. The Securitization Application filed by the petitioners is pending consideration before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and the same is due to appear for consideration in November 2025.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the bank with their proposal for one-time settlement. 4.

In the event the petitioners approach the Bank by 28th August, 2025, then the Bank shall take steps to consider the proposal of the petitioners in terms of the banking guideline within 12th September, 2025. 5.

The bank is restrained from taking any coercive step against the petitioners till 7th November, 2025

provided the one time settlement proposal of the petitioner is accepted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
