Petitioners are in custody for 458 days. They submit victim had died due to road traffic accident. Accordingly, they renew their bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for State opposes the bail prayer. 3.

We have considered the materials on record.

Victim had been assaulted and died. There are ample evidence connecting the petitioners with murder. Trial is in progress.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioners is rejected.
