1. On the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners, the present incumbent in the post of alleged contemnor no.1 be impleaded as the alleged contemnor no.1.

2. Necessary consequential amendment to the cause title of the contempt application shall be carried out by the learned Advocate for the petitioners during the course of the day.

3. A sufficient prima facie contempt has been made out as allegedly, the petitioner no.1 has not yet been released from prison, thereby prima facie flouting the specific direction of this court dated February 26, 2024.

4. Accordingly, the petitioners shall serve copies of the amended contempt application on the alleged contemnors indicating that the matter shall be listed on April 12, 2024, when the petitioners shall file an affidavit-of-service.
