1. None appears for the parties.

2. Contempt Rule was issued by the coordinate Bench on May 3, 2010 in respect of violating the order dated July 1, 2005 passed in FMA 908 of 2005.

3. Subsequent thereto, the last order of contempt proceeding is dated June 14, 2010.

4. In view of passage of time from the date of issuance of Rule till date, and since no steps were taken, no useful purpose will be subserved by keeping the Contempt Rule pending.

5. In such circumstances, CRC of 2010 is discharged.

6. Connected applications, if there be any, are dismissed for default.
