For the State The present revisional application relates to challenge to the F.I.R. of Nischinda Police Station Case No.70 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019 under Sections 341/ 354B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act which was pending at the relevant period of time before the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Howrah.

The revisional application was filed enclosing the First Information Report and the charge-sheet filed under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Till date, the revisional application has not been admitted. Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Having regard to the fact that none of the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure been enclosed alongwith this revisional application for proper appreciation regarding the foundation of the chargesheet submitted before the Jurisdictional Court, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for, at this stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 102 of 2021 is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
