Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eyewitness implicate the petitioner in the murder. Prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accused have been turned down.

In view of the aforesaid facts, gravity of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
