The petitioner's application for single teacher was sent back to him from the end of the District Inspector of Schools on the ground of single teacher. When the petitioner applied for transfer i.e. on 11.08.2021 there was no condition or embargo for transfer of single teacher. Therefore, the return of the application has been made wrongly and I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to send the application of the petitioner to the next higher authority so that appropriate order for transfer can be passed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the

forwarded application by the District Inspector of Schools.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
