The affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Despite service there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent.

It appears from the said affidavit that service of notice was effected upon the respondent on 22nd May 2023 i.e. during the vacation.

We feel that another opportunity must be given to the respondent to appear, as the decision taken in the appeal would vitally affect her status.

In view of the above, the appellant is directed to serve a further notice upon the respondent indicating that the matter would be listed on 22nd June 2023. Put up the matter as directed above.
