The Headmaster of Amta Pitambar High School, Howrah, the respondent no.5 herein in compliance with the order dated March 21, 2023 is personally present before this Court, his further personal appearance is dispensed with. The petitioner is alleging that the respondent no.5 since is not forwarding the necessary papers to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Howrah, the respondent no.4 herein, her prayer for family pension is being delayed.

The respondent no.5 submits that the petitioner herself has not yet submitted all the relevant documents such as heirship certificate, family composition certificate etc.

The petitioner is directed to meet the Headmaster immediately and submit all wanting papers. The Headmaster thereafter shall forward all the papers so received by him to the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), the respondent no.4 herein and the said respondent in turn shall proceed to take steps for disbursement of family pension to the petitioner subject to all documents found in order and compliance of formalities.

W.P.A. 1073 of 2023 is disposed of with the above observation without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
